Creating an event is simple. After logging in to your dashboard, navigate to the "Events" section and click on "Create Event". There you'll be able to add event details, set up ticket types, customize the checkout experience, and publish your event for sales in minutes.
2. 💳 What payment methods can attendees use to purchase tickets?
Kikits Ticketing supports all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and debit cards. You can also use digital payment methods like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
3. 💰 How do I issue refunds to attendees?
You can cancel tickets and orders directly from the Kikits Admin. However, to issue full or partial refunds, you'll need to log into your Stripe account and process the refund there.
4. 🏷️ How can I limit access to specific tickets?
With Kikits Access Control, you can create access codes to restrict certain tickets to specific users or groups. Only users with a valid access code will be able to view and purchase those tickets, allowing you to manage exclusivity for VIPs, sponsors, or private guests.
5. 📊 What reports are available for my events?
Kikits offers comprehensive reporting including sales summaries, attendance reports, revenue breakdowns, promotion code usage, and demographic information. You can view these reports in the Kikits Admin on the Event Page or Dashboard. You can also export these reports in CSV or PDF format.

If attendees are having trouble accessing their tickets, they should check their email for the ticket confirmation. If they can't find it, they can request a new ticket email from their account dashboard. For immediate assistance, they can contact our support team.

If you're experiencing payment processing issues, please check that your payment information is correct and that your card hasn't expired. If the issue persists, try using a different payment method or contact your bank to ensure there are no restrictions on the transaction.
